Text Request: Patrick asks you to text the company phone number with your name and address to create an open communication thread.
On-Site Estimate: Patrick schedules a free estimate visit at your home. He brings physical product samples and discusses the project in detail.
Proposal & Permit Management: Patrick prepares a formal, detailed proposal. We handle all necessary permitting and HOA management for you. Permitting costs are included in your estimate.
Contract & Build: Once you sign the detailed contract and provide a deposit, we schedule and begin building your deck.

How hands-on is Patrick, the owner, during construction?

Patrick is highly hands-on. He runs our single crew, meaning he is physically on the job site for every project. This ensures that his philosophy—building every deck as if it were his own home—is applied daily, guaranteeing superior quality control.

Who will be working on my property?

You will see our single, dedicated crew on your property. This crew consists of three total guys, including Patrick. We prioritize consistency by keeping the crew small and in-house.

How long will it take for my project to be completed once construction starts?

The duration depends on the type of project (e.g., a custom build vs. a resurfacing). Usually, deck projects are completed in under 2 weeks. However, the start date depends on permit timelines, which can vary from the same day to up to 5 weeks, depending on the township or county.

Do you handle projects outside of the Greater Ann Arbor Area?

Our focus is the Greater Ann Arbor Area, including Saline, Ypsilanti, and Barton Hills. We are typically able to accommodate projects up to 15 miles outside of Saline. If you are near one of our service cities, please contact us!

What warranty do you provide on your labor?

We stand behind our labor with a 3-year craftsmanship warranty. This is in addition to the long-term material guarantees offered by manufacturers like Timbertech/Azek.

We specialize in high-quality composite decking from manufacturers like Timbertech/Azek and Westbury. We also specialize in custom deck building, multi-level decks, and pre-fab pergolas.

Do you manage all the permits and HOA approvals?

Yes. We handle all local permitting, and Patrick manages any necessary HOA process for you. We provide the necessary drawings for submittal, and the permit cost is included in your estimate.
